I'm Noel D'Costa. I've been in enterprise technology for over 25 years.

I've led more than 100 SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft ERP implementations worth over $700 million. Government, defense, aviation, banking, manufacturing. Most of my career has been in the Middle East and Africa region — working with some of the largest organizations in the GCC.

I've watched careers rise and fall through multiple technology waves. R/3 to ECC. ECC to S/4HANA. On-premise to cloud. And now, the biggest shift of all: AI.

I've hired consultants. I've managed consultants. I've watched them succeed and I've watched them struggle. I know what skills get people through the door and what skills keep them stuck. I know what clients actually value — not what looks good on a certification list, but what makes someone effective on a real project.

I built Labopedia because I watched too many talented SAP professionals get blindsided by technology shifts they didn't see coming. Not because the signs weren't there. But because nobody told them honestly what was happening. The vendors won't tell you — they want to sell you software. The consulting firms won't tell you — they want to sell you projects.
